These are Junior sizes, with a small being comparable to a junior's 4, medium is a junior's size 6, large is a junior size 8, extra large a junior size 10, and extra-extra large a junior size 12.
Due to this smaller sizing, we are currently only carrying this shirt in XL.

Pre-shrunk: Yes, our shirts are washed and dried in our dying process, so there should be no noticeable shrinkage.
