She has blue and white fairy wings with speckles and platinum hair.
Her staff is ornate and decorated with a dragons head. The staff is totally removable and can be replaced with a birthday candle.
Seer consists of 2 separate pieces: The fairy and the goat. The goat is adorned with a necklace of flowers and greenery.
Stands 11 inches high.
