The face of the ring measures approximately 0.6875 inches or 17.4625mm from the top to the bottom x 0.75 inches or 19.05mm from the left to the right side. The rings face is made up of a series of cutouts, spiral center, and inlay garnet gemstone. The garnet gemstone measures approximately 0.125 inches or 3.175mm in diameter.
