Passion Earring by Alchemy Gothic features a bramble of thorns which entangles the ear, and it appears to be weeping tears of blood made of ruby red Swarovski crystals.
The high polished pewter bramble of thorns is in a curved fashion, and when worn it appears as if it is wrapping around the ear encasing it in a balance between thorned pain and beauty.
The earring is designed to be worn as an ear cuff with a bottom stud, and is sold individually, not as a pair.
Each passion earring is hand-crafted out of the highest grade of lead free pewter, 92 percent tin alloy, known as English Pewter and made in England in the Alchemy Workshops by highly skilled, hand-craftsmen also known as Legends of England. The earring post is made of surgical steel.
There is a lot of detail in this design from the piercing thorned vines to its dangling ruby red blood drop piercing as it reveals itself from behind the earlobe.
The passion earring measures approximately 2.25 inches or 57.2mm in length x approximately 1.5 inches or 38.1mm wide. The stud is a post type stud with the tail acting as the ear cuffs compression back on the rear of the lobe.
There are 3 blood drops made of ruby red Swarovski crystals, two small and one large. The two small crystals measure approximately .5 inches or 12.7mm in length x .25 inches or 6.35mm wide at their widest point. The large ruby red Swarovski crystal blood drop measures approximately .5 inches or 12.7mm in length x .625 inches or 15.9mm wide at its widest point.
The large dangling setting measures approximately 1.25 inches or 31.8mm in length x .625 inches or 15.9mm wide at its widest point over all
