Use in bathing powder:
Dry some orange peels, grind them into a powder, Prior to taking a relaxing bath, add a few tablespoons to the water to make your skin glow.
Use orange peels to lighten the color of your skin, and also marks and scars on the other parts of your body. It is easy to use each day, since it is all natural.
Let the peels dry under the sun for about a week or until it can be mashed effortlessly by hand. Make sure that the peels are really dried up before using them. Mash the peels of the oranges in a bowl or container using your hand. Go on mashing them until they are evenly pulverized.
Slowly pour milk into the container holding your pulverized orange peels, and begin to blend the two together thoroughly with a spoon. The quantity of milk used will vary depending on the amount of orange peels you have ready to use.
Make sure that there are several tablespoons at hand when making the mixture. Whisk in an adequate amount of milk into the pulverized orange peel to create a nice thick paste consistency.
After making your orange peel facial mask, put on a light coating of the concocted blend unto your skin and let it dry for approximately 30 minutes. When the mixture has dried on your skin, rinse your face or skin with a nice warm water, and ensure no residue of the mixture remains on your skin.
This mask will absorb excess oil from your skin leaving your face brighter, and refreshed.
Keep leftover orange peel facial mask mixture in the refrigerator, but ensure it is tightly sealed to avoid oxidizing.
Use the blend daily as long as you wish, or until you have obtained the preferred outcome. Your orange peel facial mask may be used on your face or other area which has marks, scars or blemished you wish to lighten, and may be used until your desired effect has been achieved.
Usage Example:
Orange Tea
2 -3 pieces of orange peel *
1 1/2 cups water
Add sugar and or milk to preferred taste.
Place the pieces of orange peel in a small pot of water.
Bring to a boil.
Pour in a teacup. Notice the yellow tinge.
Sweeten to taste. Add milk if desired.
Experiment with flavor by adding grated ginger, or a cinnamon stick, or a bay leaf, or even a lime bud to change up the overall flavor of the tea.
Women who are trying to get pregnant should not take this herb.
