Mjollnir Necklace by Alchemy Gothic includes an authentic pewter rendition of Thor's Magical War-Hammer, and all of the power and thunder it represents.
The design includes a great depiction of Thor's War-Hammer with all of the ornate markings and symbolism that has become to be expected, admired and sought after.
At the top of the hammer's design sits Thor's helmet with nose and face guard. On the back bottom of the helmet you can see the neck plates that protected Thor's neck when in battle from blows coming from the rear.
Above the helmet is a wreath awarded for victory in battle which also doubles as the hinge points for the necklaces chain. The face of the hammer is adorned with ornate knotwork on both the hammer's front and back.
The overall design is a solid piece of pewter craftsmanship and you can feel the power and weight of this design in your hands and around your neck as it is worn, and hangs from a handsome chain link style necklace.
Our Mjollnir Necklace is hand-crafted out of the highest grade of lead free pewter, 92 percent tin alloy, known as English Pewter and made in England in the Alchemy Workshops by highly skilled, hand-craftsmen also known as Legends of England.
This pendant measures approximately 1.125 inches or 28.58mm wide x 2.125 inches or 53.98mm long.
The heavy open link chain measures approximately 20 inches in length and has a lobster claw style closure.
