Meditation Tools is a category of items such as Japa Mala Beads, or 'Mala' Beads used for maintaining focus, while keeping count of your mantras while in meditation.
Mala Beads come in a variety of semi precious and precious stones, seed and woods. Each stone seed or wood mala carries with it specific properties which subtly affect the subconscious mind of the practitioner which in turn affects the various aspects of the spiritual and physical body.
