The teardrop lapis gemstone in the center is clean and brilliant.
It measures approximately 0.75 inches or 19.05mm in length x 0.625 inches or 15.875mm wide. The overall measurement including the bail for the chain is 1.1875 inches or 30.1625mm in length.
It measures approximately 0.5 inch or 12.7mm in length x 0.375 inch or 9.525mm wide at it widest point.
