Usage Example:
Horehound Cough Syrup
¼ to ½ cup dried horehound leaves
1 cup water
2 cups honey
1 tbsp lemon juice

Boil leaves in the water for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Strain using jelly bag or cheesecloth. Add honey and lemon and stir until well mixed. Store in an airtight jar. Use 1 tablespoon as needed.
