The overall design is of a green man centered on the face of this round trinket box.
This Green Man Trinket Box has a lot of great detail work in its design, even down to the details in the green mans face, as well as the vines and leaves around the side of the box. There is a brown trim that appears to be of wood around the outer edge of the lid and in the shape of a triangle around the green mans face.
The sides of the trinket box have a filigree style design and on the lower edge of the sides is a simple knotwork design that really pops against the green.
There are three side posts that rise up the sides of the box and actually slightly above the upper edge on the outside lip of the lid. When the lid is in the correct position, all three points of the wood trim seem to align perfectly with the side posts which holds the lid in perfect position.
This box was designed with a detached and removable lid totally of cold cast resin and measures approximately 2.25 inches tall x 4.5 inches in diameter at its widest point. The dimensions inside of the storage area of the box measures approximately 1.5 inches tall x 3.25 inches in diameter.
