The outer ring is a rather thick and heavy sterling silver ring that is a rounded and measures approximately 0.1875 inches or 4.7625mm. The ring is home to seven embedded stones in the same colors of the seven chakras.
There is an inner double sided disk that measures approximately 0.875 inches or 22.225mm in diameter. The embedded stones measure approximately 0.125 inches or 3.175mm in diameter.
On one side of this inner disk we have seven symbols of the universe that correspond to the seven colored chakra stones. On the opposite side of the inner disk, is a Yin Yang symbol inlaid with black and white enamel.
The disk can be rotated to show either the Yin Yang inlaid symbol or the seven symbols of the universe.
