The base of which the dragons are placed is designed to be a beautiful ornate work of art adorned with a raised filigree splash of activity that is not only dramatic, but maintains elegance.
Just up from the base is a set of four horned dragons smaller than the main set. They appear to be keeping watch, and act as lookouts for the protectors of the flame.
Above the smaller set of dragons are the larger horned dragons protecting their individual candles as they burn bright. Their eyes are open and their nostrils flared.
