Cesare's Veto by Alchemy Gothic is a 16th century Cesar Borgia's Florentine solution to all political problems.
The high polished pewter dagger when worn in the ear appears as if it has been thrust through the lower lobe of the ear.
The earring is designed to be worn as a bottom stud, and is sold individually, not as a pair.
Each dagger is hand-crafted out of the highest grade of lead free pewter, 92 percent tin alloy, known as English Pewter and made in England in the Alchemy Workshops by highly skilled, hand-craftsmen also known as Legends of England. The earring post is made of surgical steel.
There is beautiful work in this design from the daggers handle and blade, down to the red teardrop crystal dangling off of the blades tip is added to make it appear as if it is a drop of blood dripping off of the tip of the blade, and the wearer had just been stabbed with it.
The dagger measures approximately 2.25 inches or 57.2mm in length x approximately .75 inches or 19mm wide, not including the teardrop crystal. The stud is a two piece post type stud with the blade of the dagger acting as the compression back on the rear.
The Teardrop Cut Ruby Swarovski Crystal measures approximately .375 inches or 9.53mm long x .25 inches or 6.35mm wide.
