Calendula is added fresh to salads, petals are used as a substitute for saffron, and infused to give color to cheese and butter.

An infusion of dried Calendula flowers makes a wonderful toner for the skin.

Usage Example:
Calendula Consecration Oil

Ingredients:
Handful of calendula petals
2 teaspoons of carrier oil
Simply macerate the petals and the oil together in a bowl, then strain the mixture. You can then use the oil for consecration purposes.
