I placed my very first order with Magick Moon and after completing checkout I waited anxiously for my items to arrive. What a great selection of oils, burners, incense, etc! I was emailed and informed one item I ordered was out of stock.
Rather than delete the item from my order, I was offered a higher priced item as a replacement for the same price (item I purchased was several $ less!) as the original item I ordered!
Wow! That has NEVER happened to me before! How great was that! They actually offered me the item I was considering ordering in the first place!
